Campaign skins aren't available even though Ive earned them

I recently lost Internet and thought I'd complete the challenges while my Internet was out. Now those challenges are complete and visible on my PS4 account but the skins it said I earned aren't available when I go to edit my classes. I played a match to see if it would load in and also restarted the game. No luck): any recommendations?
