Campaign swimming battlefield 4

In the mission where you need to swim through the titan in the campaign of battlefield 4. I experience extreme resistance where if i stop swimming I'm pushed to the very beginning of the swimming section. It takes around 5 min to swim through it when it should take 30 seconds
