Campaign unlock is seperated from multiplay

I've completed campaign once, and got multiple assignment completed and several unlocks like weapons and dogtags, which are shown on my campaign battlelog. 

However when I go to my overview pages. None of the these assignments and stuffs are unlock. I can't choose to use those dogtags earned from the Singleplay Campaign.

Need some help over this issue here.

    Hi there,

    I recently checked your Battlelog profile and I see that you have completed the Story mode but your single player assignments is still locked.
    Can you see the dog tags and assignments in-game? And can you use the dog tags from the in-game "MY SOLIDER"?

    Please check this and come back here again.

    Also. Try to clear all web cache and cookies and reboot your PC.

    Hi again,

    You were using an old cache , which didn't showed you the correct stats and content.

    After wiping my browser cahce. The completed campaign assignements and unlocks appeared in my overview page, and now I can use them in multiplay.

    I'm here to make a follow up:

    I've been playing singleplay campaign again for the last hours and got some more shiny new dogtags.

    And the problem appeared again, which wiping browser cache did no good this time.

    However, turn out joining a multiplay match fixed the seperated unlock problems. Every new stuff I got from singleplay popped in overview pages after the match.

    So dear developers, you might want to look into this potential issue. :D

    mine is doing the same thing.....but i did the cache wipe, any tips? i really dont wanna go thru 7 more hours

    hello Everyone i have done what is been mentioned here but the issue is that if i do a multiplayer session all my progress in the campaign is gone... even if i just quit playing and then start playing again so i'm wondering why is this happening? is there going to be a fix anytime soon?

    Did you manage to solve this?

    I can't seem to use any of the weapons unlocks gained in campaign in the multiplayer mode...
