I recently checked your Battlelog profile and I see that you have completed the Story mode but your single player assignments is still locked.
Can you see the dog tags and assignments in-game? And can you use the dog tags from the in-game "MY SOLIDER"?Please check this and come back here again.
Also. Try to clear all web cache and cookies and reboot your PC.

You were using an old cache , which didn't showed you the correct stats and content.
