Sorry to hear that you lost your progress. Could you please tell us how far you were in the campaign and are the campaign assignments still shown in your Battlelog profile?
Clear your browser cache and/or try a different browser. Reinstall your webplugins for battlelog. Get sure that you have disabled all ad and application blocking software in your browser and using the latest version of Adobe Flash.
Battlefield:Hardline, Origin and the Battlelog webplugins should be in the exception list of your firewall/antivirus software. I recommend to re-install Microsoft .NET framework as well as Direct X.
Make sure that you run Origin and Hardline as administrator. Click with the right mouse button in the Origin.exe and choose -> run as administrator.

Hey, this morning my progress reset, i believe i was on chapter 8... I sstill have all my achievements and patches so this makes no sense but i cant access any episodes other than the prologue.
I was really enjoying the game and it'd be a shame for it to be ruined by something like this

There is unfortunately nothing we can do to bring your progress back but we will forward that in our report to the studio. I recommend to repair your game via Origin (My Games -> rightclick on BF:Hardline -> Repair Install) and to disable the cloud storage function.
