Can´t unlock Soldier Portraits :/

I have the bug, that i can´t unlock the Soldier Portraits since i switched from PS3 to PS4. In my opened Battlepack u can see that I unlocked new Portraits, but i can´t select them because on Battlelog looks like they are still locked :/ I can´t use the Premium Portraits too :/ Can someone help me, because i want the new Soldier Portraits for my PS4 Profile 🙂
