Solved

Can’t connect my two accounts

The problem I have is that I can’t connect my two battlefield accounts that are on different systems that are PS3 and PS4.

When I try and connect my BF1 and my BF4 accounts it says I have a account on PC and PS4. I don’t play PC and it won’t show my PS3 account.

  • Hey @tom123son,

Sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing.

    Here's what I have found:

"Note for Next Gen Consoles: Your gamertag or PSN ID carries over from PS3 to PS4 and Xbox 360 to Xbox One. If you have played any EA game on the last generation of consoles, please make sure you find and use that same account when you play on next gen."

This could be why your PS3 account is not showing up.

If you still need assistance, please let us know.

    Thanks 🙂

This is correct - since your PSN-ID is linked to your PSN account, it carries over across consoles. If your name is "RandomSoldier" on PS3, it will automatically be "RandomSoldier" on PS4 as well. Therefore it will only display the one ID, which is the PSN ID.
