Hi @TheRacer666,

dont bother with DVD. Install Origin. Log in to Origin and open Origin/My games. Right click to Hardline icon and choise: Download game.

Thanks for answering. If there was a Battlefield Hardline Icon, I surely would have clicked on it.

Problem is, there is no Hardline icon!

After opening Origin and signing in, under ´my games´ there are onlz 3 options:

- Origin store

- Free Games

- On the house

??? Can nobody help me here? I can´t be the only person trying to install this game from DVD on Windows 10.

Otherwise I will have to return the game (if this is possible).

please see the picture below. U have to click "My games" and not to "Store"

Yes of course, i am looking under ´my games´. The game is not showing. Probably because it is not installed yet. The DVD is inserted but nothing happens.

in the top line, 1st from the left click to "Origin"  and choise "Reload my games"

There should be a keycode that comes with the game. When you find it and insert it on Origin, it should start downloading.

I have the same problem. Any solution yet?
