Can give admin rights in Bf1 server?

@SeTeasesina Unfortunately the answer is no at this time. The current state of the BF1 RSP program is far below what we had in BF3 and BF4 on PC and on Console. At this time assistant server admins can only kick, ban, and add people to the VIP list, they cannot change the map or game mode or any other server settings at this time.
