Can help me change the game version?

You can try to change your language in Origin and it might carry over. However, the Russian version of BF3 does not contain many language files, if any, other than Russian, so it might not work. Other than that there's a lot of unofficial ways to try and change language of BF3, but if those break your BF3 installation then it's not covered by EA support. You will have to google how to switch into your language.
