Can I buy something on my phone and download it to my pc later?
If I buy bf4 on my phone because I don't have my computer with me right now, can I download it later onto my pc?

of course. It's linked to your Origin account, or xbox or ps3, or whatever platform you have. Purchase it on your specified account, and then download whenever you're ready to play.
