Can i change my cd.key on my battlefield 3 account?
I want to change my cd-key for my account in battlefield 3 because this account is banned. But i have premium on this. SO can i change the key or can i transfer my premium to another account?

If you got banned you can't trade games to another account, otherwise the whole idea behind banning would not make sense.. Changing productkeys is not possible either, those are connected to your account.
