Can I get the 3x scope for the 44 magnum in bf4 by having bfbc2 on steam?
I have battlefield bad company 2 on Steam but I haven't received any veteran battlepack in bf4 to unlock the 3x scope for the 44 magnum. Do I have to buy bfbc2 on origin to receive it? Or its only bf3 that unlocks the 44 magnum 3x scope?

No, Battlefield Bad company 2 should assure you the veteran battlepack for battlefield 4, but the Ea account you use to log in battlefield Bad company 2 must be the same you use to play Battlefield 4. If you met this requirement but you didn't receive the battlepack please contact ea support: https://help.ea.com/en/ select Battlefield 4 as game and then select "missing content" then click on "Contact us".
