Can I link EA and Epic accounts?

Hi

Epic Store has a deal where this game was £2.44 so I bought it.

As I have a Mac at home, I can use GE Force Now to play games. However, I can't seem to link EA <-> Epic so that EA knows I can play this game. I've tried both Epic App and EA App to link together but it's not possible.

Anybody any ideas if I can do this?

    Thanks for the info, unfortunately, I bought the PC version and I run a Mac so am unable to install. I might have to see if I can try the Apex Legends way of doing this.
