Oh boy semi loaded question lol but a good question :} I will try to help you with it but I may not be best person for it as I am not a computer expert like others are. But I am a freak with FPS as I must have 120fps or more lol I have issues with FPS since the Quake2 days. And I dont care the eye can only see 60FPS I must have my 120FPS lol :]
So with all this things like video card and settings and yes CPU and it seems ram speed come into play. With my old ram it was slower then what I have now and back then I had to play on low settings to get my 120FPS. When I got faster and way nicer ram I could get my 120FPS on med settings in BF4 and my screen resolution is 5760 X 1080 so not easy to get fast FPS on larger screen reolution :/ I also set my video card to run on Performance as well as my PC power is set to preforamce . I am not sure all this helps you at all but this link may give you more of a idea :] Just so many things come into play when it comes to FPS http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri If you need anymore help just post back :} I hope this has helped you.

745 desktop card is an odd bird.
This is a 745m.. if it can do it the desktop variant shouldn't have any problems I doubt.
*** Oh, I hate SR Lab... that place is the worst in my book.
If you must use one of those websites game-debate.com has a better one. You have to make a silly account for them tho
SRlab links make my eyes bleed :P :P I really dislike them

I think you misunderstand completely.
I can't pull 745 desktop benchmarks so I gave you a mobile version... which is probably weaker by 50%... if it can do it a 745 desktop should.
Using magic and nothing to go off of... I'll roughly estimate the 745 desktop as an equal to a 670m... No clue though
