Yes, you will be able to run it, but not well. Your CPU is at bare minimum, maybe even a little under. Your RAM is also at the bare minimum requirement. Your GPU is fine, and above minimum, but since your CPU and RAM are so low, those will be your bottlenecks. You will have to play at Low graphics settings and will probably hover around the 30-70 FPS range, depending on how strong the bottleneck is from your CPU and RAM. Your GPU is capable of better FPS, so you may get more. I dont know how much the bottleneck will effect you, as I have always had above recommended specs.
When I first started playing, I was using a GTX 760 and was able to pull 90-120 FPS on Medium, but I had an i7-4790 and 8GB of RAM. So your FPS may be better than I stated, since your 750Ti is close to a 760, I am just worried about the bottleneck from the CPU and RAM.
