I'm a little confused by the question.
When you play BF4 on PS3 you'll be asked to sign into an Origin account so you can just use the one you use as your main account.
Let me know if there was another question you had.

I'm with @EA_Andy on the confusion. If you are asking if you can sign into Origin with your PSN account and download\play BF4 on PC then the answer is no, you'll have to purchase BF4 and any other origin games on PC that you currently have on PSN.
