can my laptop run BF1? specs below...
intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
intel(R)core (TM) i-5 5200u CPU @2.20Ghz
8.00mb RAM 64bit processor and that's it. i can't afford any upgrades.
if BF1 won't run is there an earlier BF that has an active multiplayer?

Without an actual GPU core from AMD or nVIDIA, no computer is good enough for BF1, BFH, BF3, SW-BF, or BF4, I have no idea whether there is much in the way of a multiplayer audience any more for BF-2, but some recent Intel video chips, those in i5 / i7 processors, should play it. I honestly have no idea how well that HD 5500 would do with BF2.
I consider laptops, even those with real GPUs, to be terrible gaming platforms. I don't like the keyboards, and I consider their short lifetimes to be a bad bargain.
