Hello, I just tried to download the Easter update for battle field one and I went off of the game thinking it would download. Now it wont let me download it or play online at all. Please help me

Have you tried going to Manage Game or Updates to see if you can download it that way?
I would also make sure that you have enough room on your Xbox for the Update.

You can try going to your Network Settings, and clearing the MAC address by going to Advanced Settings ---> Alternate MAC Address ---> Clear.
After you've done some of these steps, do a Hard Reset on your Xbox. Unplug it for a couple minutes, and plug it back in.

So I have checked and there is no available updates. I have restarted my xbox twice. Although I haven completely unplugged it. I think what the problem is is that I treid to download it but then went off the app. so now i cant update it ☹️ I am very advanced in the game and would hate to loose everything. Thank you for helping 🙂
Are you sure it didn't download? It wasn't that big of an Update, shouldn't have taken too long.
Are you able to launch the game, and play any multiplayer or anything?
You should have gotten a UI Update as well when you get to the Home Screen.
I apologize this is happening.
Not sure how long it would take, but another option would be to uninstall/reinstall Battlefield 1 if you'd like to try that.
