Can not download new update or play online!

Hello, I just tried to download the Easter update for battle field one and I went off of the game thinking it would download. Now it wont let me download it or play online at all. Please help me

    You will not lose progress if you Uninstall/Reinstall.

    All of your saved data is stored in the Servers.

    So, if you choose to go this route, you will be fine 🙂

    Hi

    I reinstalled the game and it fixed my problem. Thank you again. Although I no longer have the premium pass. Is there something I can do to get it back?

    @Crazy39kids,

    Glad to hear it is working out for you.

    To get the Premium Pass back, go to your Manage Game settings, and make sure the Premium Pass is installed again.

    @Crazy39kids,

    You're welcome.

    If you can't find it under Manage Game, you also have the choice to go to the Xbox Store and see if you can install it from there.

    Hello, I am sure that I have the premium pass installed but I still don’t have the two guns that I get with it. Is there anything I could do to get them?
