Also, and I know this is common knowledge, you can kill with the gas mask and trench periscope too.

You need to find someone lying prone, crawl inside their character model and then equip the gasmask or periscope a few times (you can damage them with a pistol first too). There's videos on YouTube if you fancied checking it out, @SharpGoblin.
