Cannot connect to any games or party invites

XBOX ONE

Cannot join any servers through quick match or servers browser. Quickmatch gives me the following message: Matchmaking Failed, an unknown error occurred, please try again. The server browser goes up into the clouds when i click join then immediately comes back down to the browser. Cannot join friends partys. Havnt been able to connect since the servers went down a couple of days ago.
