Cannot connect to Battlelog BF4 xbox one account

I do have an old xbox 360 account bf3 account which I don´t use. I have a new xbox one account and play BF4 but I cannot connect to battlelog with this account and look up stats for example. How do I...

    Thank you but the links do not work. Loading for hours...I just need a solution on how I get rid of my old xbox 360 account and change it to my xbox one account. I play bf 4 for months now but still I got my Bf3 account on battlelog and do not know how to change it.
