Cannot Connect to EA Servers - Battlefield 1

I havent played BF1 in forever because of this bug! So I have 2 PS4's; one in my game room which my siblings use and one in my room for my own personal use. When I load up BF1 on the PS4 thats in the game room, everything works perfectly fine. I can load up the BF1 home screen and play multiple matches but when I try to do the same on my PS4, it wont let me! it says that i cant connect to the EA Servers. All it shows is a "32% of multiplayer installed" but it takes forever to download. I also activated my PS4 as the primary. I would play with the other PS4 but I rather play on my own since its mine and I have a nice, comfortable gaming setup. Im also aware that BF5 is coming out October, and i want to make sure when i receive the game, this situation wont happen anymore.

Is there anything i can do? Ive tried restarting the game, deleting the game and re-installing it but nothing works. I even bought the game again (bought it for $15 (PSN PLUS) because the disc was getting beat up). I also tried restarting my router and switching up my ethernet cable port (since i run a ethernet cable). My router is a NVG599 and supports iPv6. Will i have to call my Internet Provider, which is AT&T and ask what i they can do? Or is this EA's problem? Thanks

If you're using IPv6, I recommend getting in touch with your ISP and asking them about the possibility of changing it to IPv4. Unfortunately, IPv6 can still cause some connectivity issues on certain settings in many of our games.

Let me know if changing the version of your Internet Protocol helped 🤞

    Hey @33Uygar33

Like I mentioned above, you need to make sure that your connection is using IPv4 (IPv = Internet Protocol version). In many cases, users are not able to change the IPv themselves and they have to contact their Internet Service provider. Which I really recommend in your situation. Just inform them that you would like to know, which version of Internet Protocol you have and you would like to change it to IPv4 - they should know what you're talking about right away 🙂

Mine is Ipv4 and i did all the things but it all the time FAİLED. I contacted EA help 3 times but they always said same things. My friend bought Battlefield 1 just a year ago and he had the same problem. İ trusted EA and bought Battlefield 1.
But it always says: YOU HAVE LOST CONNECTİON TO THE EA SERVERS. And i have bought 2 games from EA and i will never buy again and never recommend it.
    Thank you EA!!!!!
