Cannot connect to origin, have good working internet.

Keep getting the: online login is currently not aviable.

I have two internet. One wired that i share with 15 other ppl. Second is my own private internet, its a mobile internet(isp NetCom Norway ). 

Here's the thing. I can easily connect to Origin with my wired internet, but becouse 15 ppl use the internet its very laggy and unplayable at times.

But the second good internet just won't allow me to connect to origin or the website page. It worked flawlessly 2 days ago.

So far i have googled for answers and done a lot of my own troubleshooting.

1: restarted my computer.

2. uninstalled my origin, removed all chache files in roaming and local folders.

3: checked my time/date in computer

4: Have never used vpn

5: I have checked internet options that i dont use proxy

I have started to wonder if EA(origin) has blocked my IP adress or similiar. I cant login with mobile phone either on the web page,

If that would be the case what can i do ? I have already reset my mobile internet to factory setting. didn't help. 

Any ideas what to do next ?
