cannot connect to servers error

I haven't been online for a week.

    My problem was fixed by deleting and reinstalling the game. I made the suggestions here. I also made a file repair. The only solution was to delete and reinstall. Thank you for your help.

Hi @ssenseyt Frankly, I did not understand your question well, are you not connected to the Internet on a PC or only to EA games?

    It states that I am not online only when I open the Battlefield 1 game in Origin. But I'm online. It also comes with a notification that I need to update the menu, but it cannot be updated because it is not online.

      Try to open Battlefield 1, from a location other than Origin
      Also, check the onscreen message if you find that your account may have been blocked from accessing Battlefield 1 or updating the password for an ea account

        My problem continues. I get the same error notifications.
