    My problem was fixed by deleting and reinstalling the game. I made the suggestions here. I also made a file repair. The only solution was to delete and reinstall. Thank you for your help.

@ssenseyt Frankly, based on the error report shown in the image, I did extensive research in several languages ​​about this error and found complicated things that I don't know are useful to you, but reinstalling Windows again is easier than it is.
