Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
I personally have Origin Overlay turned off in the In-Game Options, and the Origin Launcher itself, and since I have it off it does not allow me to access it in game.
Have you tried doing a fresh uninstall/reinstall of Origin?

Could you please try to clear your origin cache and then disable Origin in game overlay?

Clearing Origin cache will reset your Application settings to default.
