Cannot Download China Rising (PC Limited Edition Version w/ Free China Rising)

Hi,

I have purchased the limited edition PC version of BF4, where it states on the box that it comes with the China Rising expansion pack for free. However, I am unable to download the China Rising expansion pack. (On a side note, in my Battlelog screen, it states that I own the "deluxe version" with includes the China Rising expansion pack in the description; and all my friends who purchased the same game are all able to download and play China Rising).

I have talked to 3 "game advisors" - all to no avail (they are not helpful & friendly at all). So, I am posting this problem here and hopefully someone can help me out.
