Cannot play as Support class on any server/map

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Cannot play support class
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play conquest
What happens when the bug occurs? bug says class locked by server settings
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number
Enter RAM memory size in GB

Summarize your bug Cannot play the support class on any server or any map. the bug says class disabled by server settings. I tried restoring my licenses and restarting my console.

    Oh, i just saw the pictures now.

    Did you tryed any changes on your Gadgets? It seems to be in conflict with each other.

    Try NO Gadget on both sides, and then you can try two different ones.

    When did it start? How many servers have you experienced it on? What were the server names? It might've been a rented server where someone disabled Support class... or it might've been Back to Basics mode, which limits players to bolt-action rifles.

    started 2 days ago and they were dice servers from the browser and quick match ones too. I thought the same thing as you at first.

    does anyone from EA even read these? it seems im the only one with this problem but its a huge bug and i refuse to play the game until its fixed.

    Do you happen to have any screenshot of how exactly it looks? I've been trying to reproduce it over the last couple of days, but to no avail.

    this happens on every conquest map ( i havent tried other modes). Deploy is grayed out and i cant play the class. I resorted to deleteing and reinstalling, still didnt work.

    Have you tried to swap one of gadgets out? I think it prevents you from spawning because you somehow have two wrenches, not because of being a Support.

    Did you tryed different servers, also official DICE Servers?
    Cause it might was some sort of settings in the server you tryed.

    Never heard about that type of Bug.
