Cannot play expansions
Downloaded revolution today. i can’t play any of the expansions. They’re marked as OWNED but I click them and it just takes me to a dead end PSN store screen. I’ve deleted everything and redownload...

Hi @GrandConjurer As well as the above, quickly double check that all the DLC packs are installed.
While it's entirely up to you, I would not recommend a chargeback as there's a good chance you'll receive an account ban. If you want to request a refund then you'll need to contact Sony or the retailer you bought the game from.
They are all installed.
But not accessible. Damn right I’m getting my refund. If they try to ban me for doing that then I’ll escalate it even more.
Absolutely disgusting. I’m * mortified and EA and BF won’t ever get any of my money ever again. They all deserve to go out of business.
- @GrandConjurer As I said, it's entirely up to you how to proceed. I'm just trying to warn you about what Sony may do if you go the chargeback route (they have a guide about this here: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/account/psn-suspension-account-debt/).
Since Sony are the seller they would be responsible for issuing a refund under their policy. EA can only refund purchases made through their own store.
