Cannot rent a server or renew old one.

Hello I'm unable to rent a server on the ps4. I've rented them in the past, and I know how to. I cant renew my older server either please help..!

I HAVE FOUND A WAY TO BYPASS..!!!
1. Be on bf4 menu.
2. Press ps button, then test internet connection.
3. Once internet is tested, go back to bf4.
4. Sign in EA.
5. Go back to rent a server. (Should work now)

Please let me know if that helps..

I contacted EA support about it, they redirected me to playstation network, which I was then told to reinstall game. After all that still no luck, it's going on everywhere in NA.

Been waiting 6 days to renew still not allowing to renew or start a new server and they need to get their act together and get the issue fixed and at least keep us in the know. After all the other ones losing out on funds from those of us that do rent servers
