Cannot report cheaters

I just escaped out of a game to choose the scoreboard, view profile option... and there was no drop down menu to enable me to report two cheaters. How do I report cheaters now? I have not played my ...

You say it's simple, but that's the problem - there was no drop down menu like there usually is.
