Help! Unable to join Battlefield 3 servers — EA Help won’t create a case
Hello everyone,
I need help with a Battlefield 3 issue and EA Support is not letting me create a support ticket.
Here are the details:
- I own Battlefield 3 on THREE EA accounts.
- TWO accounts can join servers normally.
- ONE account (___el2PP) cannot join *any* server — every attempt shows:
"Error Could not join server (1)".
- I was able to play on this account recently.
- I have tried:
• clearing cache and cookies,
• restarting the EA App,
• using a different network (mobile hotspot),
• and other local troubleshooting.
- Other accounts on the same PC + network still work.
- When I try to contact EA Support about this, the support form does **not actually create a case** — nothing appears in My Cases.
Please, if anyone has advice or if EA staff see this and can escalate it, I would really appreciate some help.
