Cannot unlock "RSC 1917 Optical".

Try it today all day to achieve the RSC 1917 optical but no result!
From 0 to 10 (in the first round of the game) then he throws it back to 0 in the 2nd round.
To turning off the xbox One and play a new game of bf1 again I see that he at 10. When I try to to achieve that not more kills count (he remains at 10) as the jar is over stores that back to 0.
Had already called to EA but unfortunately nothing could mean for me. He side that I had to play a few jars without the weapon for which I must obtain the challenge games. But even that doesn't make sense.
I also am having the same problem in achieving the 1915 Hellriegel Defensive. Here, too, remains on 0 while I have long been the 15 kills have achieves with the AT mines!
What is the problem?
