"After clicking Save, your new email address should be updated on the page. You can now use your new email address to log into the EA site as well as into Origin."
Make sure you have enter it correctly. Refresh the page (clear cache memory) and try again. If the same problem appear, please contact EA here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
