cant accept missions and create

hi, i already create some mission and also some completed, but some of them i created  were not accepted by some invited players, so it seems that they are still active, because it tells me i cant have more then 5 active missions... but there is no active, only finished and invitations

so how is it possible to set the not accepted, but endet missions inactiv?
