@xx0wlwgtlcbz I just had a play around on the EA Help site and got a live chat option by logging out of my EA account, selecting the "EA Account" option under the list of games, then "See all help topics" and "I need help logging in to my EA Account" (if the site asks if you want to log in, choose the option to continue without doing so).
Might be worth trying in case it helps you get in touch with EA Help.
thank you for your help, i managed to contact support via chat but unfortunately the problem wasn't fixed, they ask me for information that i hadn't linked to the account in the first place such as address, credit cards phone numbers .. etc
what i have is the origin account email and password and the purchased battlefield1 game serial number won't that suffice to get access back to the account ?
- @xx0wlwgtlcbz From what I understand, if you can't provide the security information they're asking for, you might be stuck as they won't make any changes otherwise.
if so i believe they should make such information labeled mandatory not optional as the lack of their validation can cause account to be inaccesable or even worse, impersonated !
can you help me getting to contact them via mail instead?
