9 years ago@kev1lar Hi, are you using the same gamertag/account as before? Are you picking up your account/soldier progress from the same place as before?
Your Premium content is linked to the account that you first redeemed the code on.
If you're on the same account, can you try restarting your system then check again. Restart it by holding the front button until it beeps and shuts down.

- ApprovedAnonymous9 years agoI am having the exact problem. Called Xbox today and they told me to call EA. I've deleted and reinstalled the game. Still nothing. I pre ordered the ultimate edition and it's acting like I just purchased the basic game.
