Just upgrade to an one s. I pre-ordered premium it even says I have it on top right in home screen but it still wants to charge me in store and I can't play the new maps

Community Admin@kev1lar Hi, are you using the same gamertag/account as before? Are you picking up your account/soldier progress from the same place as before?
Your Premium content is linked to the account that you first redeemed the code on.
If you're on the same account, can you try restarting your system then check again. Restart it by holding the front button until it beeps and shuts down.

Ok so still no answer glad I paid for early access and can't even get some support. What a joke and scam. Please support your product and customer before they run
- ApprovedI still have no access to early in lister skins so I would think know this will happen next map pack. Anyone find a cure yet?
