- Anonymous12 years agoI'm not sure if this helps but when I type in the URL on my network it defaults to https://www.origin.com/store/ and will not load and gives me the message An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #30.dd2333b8.1382249738.8eafd055. when I disconnect and use cellular data it defaults to https://www.origin.com/en-us/store/-ANW.html and loads fine. The odd thing is that if I paste that specific URL it works fine intil I click any link. I don't know why this would have just started happening. Anyone else having this issue? It's with both the Application and Site. - Anonymous12 years ago
No longer having the issue, I'm assuming the same for everyone else?

Is it working for everyone else again?

Well, I just tried to download my game. And even though the website said that all was well with the purchase, it didn't go through. I'm assuming it was connected to this issue. So I lost any preorder bonus. Origin help was no help at all. Once his computer told me to contact my bank and that repeated attempts would also fail unless I did, he refused to help me further (there was no issue with the bank). He was completely unwilling to work WITH me to figure this out.
no im in the UK and get the same * to really pissing me off i will never get another ea game again or use origin if this dose not get fixed and soon.An error occurred while processing your request.
