Can't activate game.

I bought Battlefield Bad Company 2 Digital Deluxe , and when i go to origin , add game and redeem product code i say We're sorry this game cannot be activate here please follow the following link http://activate.ea.com/applyentitlement.do. FAQ , and when i go to this website it redirect me to https://www.origin.com/us/account and when i go to redeem product code it give me the same error.I tryed to live chat with ea support but there is no live chat option any more.What should I do ?
