Have you tried pulling up the "Origin in Game" menu first? Usually, I don't bother alt-tabbing, I just hit the hotkey for Origin in Game and my mouse frees up to utilize my other monitors.

Yep I did but it still won't work. Since I don't have dual monitor I can't just go to the other monitor like you and if I do have dual monitor it will give me less FPS than now.

Try pulling up the Origin in Game overlay and then holding down the Windows key and hit "D"
Win+D should minimize everything. Then you can pull up what you want from the bottom bar.
It's also possible that somewhere in settings, there's an item for "exclusive" mode (exclusive full screen, exclusive windowed, something like that) which got turned on somehow.
