Is there a way to ask the developers directly? I bought my fifth puzzle pieces a few hours before it switched to Dud Club pieces but for some reason, it still said 4x battlepack and refused to let me open it.
With all the problems with this item, DICE should just give everyone the Ararebo and give everyone all their scraps back
for good measure. What a fiasco. I feel really lucky to have gotten mine considering I really didn't have a full grasp of what I was doing.

I've always wanted those BFV pre-order weapons, especially the Federov-Degtyarev and the M1919 SMG.Same for me, i mannaged to buy ararebo, BUT now, when i go to soldier customization and choose weapon, there is no Ararebo weapon. Do you have the same issue?
