Cant change Audio Language on ps4 BF4

Question

My cousin has it on his and i dont have it on my,&nbsp; is there a reason i dont have the Audio languages? i normaly roll with german audio but for some reason i dont have any of them. and he doesnt have premium and i dont either. i know on XB1 once i had premium i got german but my version doesnt have any. any help would be nice.

I just bought bf4 and didn't want to here the vulgar language so I changed the language to French. When the update was done loading and I played again I wanted to switch back to English because my kids were in bed. Went into the menu and the option to change languages was gone. I had to delete the bf4 install and update in order to bring the option back. For some weird reason EA decided to remove language selection
