Can't change e-mail from origin account settings! HELP!

I wanted to change my e-mail of my account but it says it has prohibited characters/words, however it does not. A lot of people like me have been having this problem for 2 days. How can I fix it plea...

    Hi blackcobratr,

    As this is a public forum we cannot deal with account issues here.

    For all questions about your account, game code, and game registration, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

    You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone, chat or email as contact option.
