Sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing.
I was able to find another thread, that might assist you with this issue:
Also, not sure if you use Discord or not, but sometimes the Discord Overlay that you can enable in your Discord Settings, might have something to do with this as well.
For Discord:
-Click on the Cogwheel down by your name on the Discord Desktop App
-Go to Overlay
-Disable Discord Overlay
