For a week ago i noticed that i wasn't able to go online on my ps4.
i have tried everything that said on the ea help page but nothing helped.
I hoped that the new update of bf1 and ps4 software would fix it but it didn't.
I have playstation + and every other of my games works.
How can we fix this?

Clear cache for Battlefield 1.
Also, have you tried to reboot your internet router? Can you connect to other services within the PS4? Can you connect to other servers?

@EHEC_89 another solution hat helped some PS4 players is disconnected everything form you PlayStation. Reconnect again.
