Hello

Try to disable VPN and Proxy programs, close battlelog and restart Origin. Then, try to play.

I want to play with VPN enabled as it increases my internet speed.

    VPN and Proxy programs can cause problems with connection to EA servers and Battlefield servers.

    Try disconnecting the VPN so we can rule out the VPN as the cause of your problem.

      without VPN my ping is so high. that's why I want to play multiplayer with the VPN enabled
