I wonder what the reason is, why can't use a VPN? It is a very normal and harmless network connection tech!
Hi @smallfz VPN is a private network that can cause some connection issues especially to servers. I want to notice that some factors affect the work VPN: type (usual or special for gaming); settings and etc. So, One person can play with VPN but another person cannot because of connection issues. These issues can be individual for each user and of course solution will be individual.
Unfortunately I can't say what exactly is the reason since I'm not a Technical engineer or so.
Why can't I play Battlefield 1 with EA, Apex on Steam works fine. And I'm not even playing when the VPN is on. Only when the program is installed, so each time I want to play BF1 I have to uninstall Surfshark. Fix it, please. You have this problem for years.
